Enveloped within is a smooth green tea oolong-infused mascarpone cream mousse, wrapped around a thick jelly core made from ripe Dauphiné white peaches. Savour the oolong’s earthy, floral complexities and the natural sweetness of the peaches, perfectly balanced by the gentle bite of an almond dacquoise and crunchy almonds.

very yummy! ate it while it was still very cold but can taste the white peach in the centre and oolong in the mousse. not too sweet and even grandma loved it!!
