Cake was spongy and airy. Durian is very fragrant, able to smell it as soon as we remove it from the refrigerator. Was thoroughly impressed by its taste and texture, as it did not give off the very heavy feeling when you eat a durian.

Cake was delicious, loved the combination of coconut ice cream with the durian layer and sponge cake at the bottom. Collection of the cake was smooth as well, highly recommend!

bought this for mom's birthday - they liked it, which is what matters. cake was a little small I thought and when picked up, still frozen. will appreciate it if it was ready to eat.
