Are your cakes halal?
Our cake shop is not halal-certified; however, we do not use lard or pork in our products. If you have any questions or any additional cake requirements, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Does your cake contain allergens?
We do not have any gluten-free, dairy-free nor eggless cakes in our studio at the moment.
Please refer to the individual product description for a more detailed list of allergens.

Does your cake contain nuts?
All our cakes are produced in the same kitchen that handles wheat, nuts, and dairy.

Which cakes are recommended for diabetics?
Our cakes are crafted with a 30% reduction in sugar content, ensuring they can be enjoyed by individuals with diabetes, provided it aligns with their dietary restrictions.

Can you reduce the sugar for your cakes?
Our cakes are all made with reduced sugar and we are unable to cut down on the sugar level as it will affect the texture and the stability of the cake.

What are the sizes available?
Our cakes come in 6”, 8”, 9”, 10” & 12”.

What is the weight of your cake?
Our cakes generally don’t go by weight, as different flavours may weigh differently. We recommend cake sizes based on serving size and you may view the serving guide from our product list.

How do I provide feedback?

What is the shelf life of your products?
The shelf life of buttercream cakes is up to 4 days.
The shelf life of fresh cream cakes is up to 2 days.
The shelf life of cake loafs is up to 3 days.
The shelf life of brownies is up to 7 days.
The shelf life of cookies is up to 1 month.
The shelf life of stuffed cookies is up to 7 days.
Donuts and pastries are best consumed on the date of purchase.

What is the serving and storage suggestion for your products?
Buttercream cakes: Take it out 30 minutes before cake cutting in order for the buttercream to soften. For the best flavor, it is recommended to consume the cake by the next day. The cake can last outside for up to 2 hours only. Please place it in the chiller as soon as possible.
Other cakes: For the best flavour, it is recommended to consume the cake by the next day. The cake can last outside for up to 2 hours only. Please place it in the chiller as soon as possible.
Cake loaf: Warm up the cake loaf for 5 - 10 seconds in the microwave for the best taste.
Cookies: The best before date is stated at the back of the packing. For the best flavour, please consume the cookie within 5 days after opening.
Stuffed cookies:  Warm up the stuffed cookie for 15 - 20 seconds in the microwave for the best taste. Stuffed cookies are to be kept at room temperature. It can be kept for up to 4 days in an airtight container.
Brownies: Warm up the brownie for 15 - 20 seconds in the microwave for the best taste. The brownies can be kept in an air-tight container, at room temperature, for up to 3 days, or, in the fridge, for up to 5 days.
Donuts: To enjoy the best flavour, it is recommended for the doughnuts to be consumed by today. However, it can also be kept in the fridge for consumption until the next day.
Pastries with cream: As there is cream in the product, it is recommended for the product to not be heated up. To enjoy the best flavour, it is also recommended to consume the pastry on the day of purchase.
Butter Croissant and Pain au Chocolat: Warming the pastry up in an oven for 2 minutes at 160C. They can be kept in the chiller for up to 3 days and are best consumed after reheating.

DELIVERY

Do you provide delivery?
We provide local delivery where we engage third party delivery services and delivery charges will be charged at checkout depending on location. We will ensure the cake is placed stably in the delivery vehicle, and drop you a message when the cake leaves to your address.

Do you provide international shipping?
We currently do not offer international shipping.

Will there be additional charges for delivery?
Additional charges apply to areas such as Sentosa and Tuas or locations close to these vicinities. Extra charges will automatically be applied upon checkout.

Specific timing during the selected time slots are not guaranteed. Due to the temperature-sensitivity of our products, please ensure that the receiver is available during the time slot selected.

2nd Delivery Attempt
If you are unable to receive your delivery, your order will be returned to Baker’s Brew Sembawang (No. 6 Jalan Tampang, Singapore 758950). No second delivery will be made.
To retrieve your order, you may opt to:

- Self-collect at our Sembawang outlet
- Arrange a third-party delivery service to collect on your behalf. Do provide them with your invoice number.

Our Sembawang outlet is open from 11 am - 8:30 pm, Monday-Sunday.

ADULT BAKING CLASS

Am I eligible to sign up for the trial class?
Trial classes are only applicable to first-timers. You may view more details on the trial classes here.

Where can I sign up for Adult Baking Classes?

What is the age requirement for the adult baking class?
The recommended age requirement is 16 years old and above.

Will ingredients and baking equipment be provided?
Yes! Equipment, ingredients and packaging will all be provided.

How long are the classes?
Class duration varies across different classes and might be extended during class. Please refer to the specific class details for the exact class duration.

Am I required to clean up and wash the equipment during class?
Yes, cleaning and washing will be part of the baking experience.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
Fees for scheduled classes must be paid fully in advance to secure your booking. Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

Can I request for a refund or transfer to another class if I cannot make it for my class?
Once your booking is confirmed, no refunds or transfers to another class will be given.
Payment will be fully forfeited regardless of the unforeseen circumstances. We recommend that you arrange for someone to attend in your place. Please inform us of the person who will be attending in your place.

How many students are there per class? If the minimum number of participants is not met, will the class be cancelled?
In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will be cancelled. We will inform you via email. You can choose to either get a refund of the class fee or attend another class of the same value.

How can I place an order?

How long in advance do I need to place my order?
For classic bakes, please order at least 3 days in advance. 

I need a cake today, can you help?
For any last-minute orders, please visit our nearest branch or order from our delivery partners (Grab/Foodpanda) for same day delivery. Need more help? WhatsApp us at +65 8877 8870. No promises, but we will definitely try our best!

What are the accepted modes of payment?
Our online store accepts credit and debit card payments via Credit/Debit card and PayNow. We also accept in-store payment via Cash/Nets.

Where can I collect my cake? 
Collection can be at any of our 5 branches: Great World, Sembawang, Upper Thomson, JEM, and Causeway Point.
Please note that delivery is the only option available for Celebratory Cakes and Customised Cakes. Self-pickup is currently not available except for Bento, Cakesicles, and Customised Cupcakes.

From what time can I collect my cake?
Collection timing will be between 12-8 pm.

What do I need to bring upon collection?
You will need to present an e-copy of your invoice upon collection. Kindly check your cake, message, candles & knives before leaving the studio.

Can I cancel my order?
We do not allow cancellation of Classic Bakes orders.

Can I postpone my order?
For postponement of orders, the request needs to be sent in at least 3 working days prior to the collection date. If you have yet to decide on the postponed date, the amount will be credited to your account, which will be valid for 6 months.

Can I customise my classic bake cake?
Any changes to the existing classic bake designs will not be recommended. Any request for changes would be classified under customisation and it will be subjected to additional charges. You may email us at enquiries@bakersbrew.com and write in your request. We will reply within 1-2 working days.

Can I choose 2 classic bake cakes and tier them to make a two-tier cake?
For tiered cakes, they require a strong structure and foundation rather than just putting one layer on top of another. There will be tiering & structuring costs incurred. Please email us at enquiries@bakersbrew.com for more information on tiered cakes.

Do you provide ice pack?
We do not provide an ice pack along with our cakes. Our cakes are generally frosted in swiss meringue buttercream and they are stable in an air-conditioned place for 2 hours. 

Do I need to refrigerate the cake?
Our cakes are best consumed at room temperature. We recommend putting the cake in the refrigerator & taking it out 30 minutes before cutting.

I can’t finish my cake, can I keep it overnight?
We recommend consuming the cake on the day of collection. If you are unable to finish the cake, you may keep the remaining slices in the fridge in an air-tight container for up to 2 days.

Can I request for a refund or replacement if I am not satisfied with the outcome?
In the rare event that the cake is damaged during delivery or if you receive the wrong item, we kindly request that you inform us promptly. This will allow us to address the issue and provide appropriate assistance.

Can I make amendments to the cake design after the design has been confirmed?
All amendments made in less than 1 week may be subjected to approval, as certain decorative items may need to be done in advance. You may contact us through email at enquiries@bakersbrew.com should you wish to change the designs or some details.
