Join us for a fun-filled baking class to learn to make your our Earl Grey Lavender Cake from scratch. From baking soft and moist earl grey sponges sandwiched between two layers of earl grey liquid cheese, to frosting the cake with lavender-infused buttercream, you get to bring home your very own dainty-looking cake at the end of the day. 

By attending this course, you will learn:

  • How to prepare the earl grey liquid cheese through a demonstration 
  • How to bake soft and moist earl grey sponge cake layers
  • Make and prepare the lavender-infused swiss meringue buttercream
  • To assemble and frost a layered cake with buttercream and decorate with lavender watercolour swirl effect

  4. Once your booking is confirmed, no refunds or transfers to another class will be given.
  5. Payment will be fully forfeited regardless of the unforeseen circumstances. We recommend that you arrange for someone to attend in your place. Please inform us of the person who will be attending in your place.
  6. In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will be cancelled. We will inform you via email. You can choose to either get a refund of the class fee or attend another class of the same value.

Justin's love for baking started out in his very own kitchen, as a hobby. Having been a home baker for 5 years, Justin's love for baking grew and he took a huge leap of faith making baking into a career. 

As an instructor in our studio, he strives to not only create a fulfilling and educational experience for our students; he also seeks to bring across the idea that baking breaks conversational barriers and brings people together.
