Celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival with these delicate and decadent flaky spiral mooncakes!
These spiral pastries (also known as Teochew mooncakes) are super flaky, light and absolutely delicious. They might look difficult and intidimating, but with the guidance of our friendly instructors, they are not difficult to replicate at all!
In this class, students will learn how to make two different colours of spiral mooncakes with unique and delicious flavours. These Mooncake are filled with Lotus yam paste with yolk and lotus pandan with yolk. Students will learn how to make these mooncakes by hand, and will be able to showcase their creations to their loved ones and family members.

- How to create different colour dough with non-artificial colouring.
- How to roll out the pastry to create flaky and thousand-like layering pastries.
- How to shape the pastry.
- How to assembly the mooncake.
