Get ready to have a “berry berry” fun time in our Strawberry Mille-Feuille Class, where little bakers get to craft and decorate their very own strawberry puff pastry! From Mixing, to kneading, to assembling a delicious sweet and savory dessert you definitely don’t want your kids to miss out on!
In this class, your child will learn:
- How to make puff pastry dough from scratch
- How to knead and roll dough
- How use a piping bag to pipe cream
- How to decorate using strawberries
Details:
- Duration: 1 Hour 30 Minutes
- Aprons, equipment, ingredients and packaging will all be provided.
- Participants will work INDIVIDUALLY and EACH bring home ONE MILLE-FEUILLE.
Age Requirement:
- For children aged 4 to 12 years old
- For children below the age of 7, it is highly recommended that a parent/guardian be on stand-by outside the studio or at our cafe at all times during the class
