Transform your local favourite desserts into tartlets with Bakers Brew! In this class, we will be sharing with you tips and tricks on how you can produce café-quality tartlets at home as well as how to prepare coconut panna cotta, finishing off with a coconut tuile. You will then assemble your tarts with a layer of Pulut Hitam Rice and for the other, Orh Nee (sweet yam) and gingko nuts!

- Duration: 3.5 Hours.
- Type: Full Hands-on.
- Recommended age: 16 Years Old and Above.
- Equipment, ingredients and packaging will all be provided.
- Each student will go home with ONE BOX of 6 tartlets.
*Students will work in PAIRS to prepare the tart dough and fillings but will portion and create their own tartlets INDIVIDUALLY.
