In this class, you will learn:
- How to work with and incorporate fresh herbs into a cake sponge.
- How to make a passionfruit curd filling. (demo)
- How to assemble and frost a three-layer cake.
- How to pipe flower petals of multiple shapes and colours with one piping tip.
- Tips and tricks on how to create even markings for decor with basic baking tools.

- Equipment, ingredients and packaging will all be provided.
- Each student will go home with one 6 inch cake.
*Students will work in PAIRS to prepare the sponge, filling and buttercream, but assemble and decorate their own cakes INDIVIDUALLY.
