In this class, you will learn:
- How to make and bake a tangy sponge in a special mould.
- How to incorporate white chocolate in Chantilly cream.
- How to assemble, pipe the cream, and decorate a log cake.

- Recommended age: 16 Years Old and Above.
- Equipment, ingredients and packaging will all be provided.
- Each student will go home with a 6” log cake
*Students will work in PAIRS to prepare the sponge, fillings and Chantilly cream but will get to assemble and decorate their log cake INDIVIDUALLY.
