- Equipment, ingredients and packaging will all be provided.
- Each student will bake and bring back one 6” square cake.
*Students will work IN PAIRS to prepare the dacquoise and Ruby Chocolate ganache but will assemble and decorate their own cakes INDIVIDUALLY.
