In this full day course, you will learn how to:
- Make Honey Biscuit
- Make Macarons shell for Ispahan
- Make Nori Seaweed Cookies
- Make Black sesame panna cotta
- Make Blueberry mousse with blue pea jelly
- Make Dark chocolate mousse
- Make Matcha whipped ganache
- Make Vanilla cheddar cupcake with cream cheese frosting
- Make Lemon financier and coat it with Ruby Chocolate
- Assemble the high tea stand decorate with non- edible realistic flower
