Join us in creating a kawaii Hello Kitty Swiss roll! A japanese influenced version of a classic swiss roll, this class features a soft and moist milk sponge, paired with a light yet delectable strawberry milk chantilly cream and fresh juicy strawberries.

- How to pipe cute and intricate hello kitty details with template
- How to prepare strawberry milk chantilly cream
- How to assemble and roll sponge with fresh fruit in between

- Participants will get to bring home ONE 11” swiss roll each (4 large slices)
