Edible Hot Cocoa Cups

Hot cocoa is the treat we go for on a cold winter’s day, yet here the one season we experience is hot hot hot. Why not give the ones we love the same experience with these adorable baked hot chocolate cups. Made from a sweet pastry dough, filled with ganache and marshmallows! With a lovely pretzel handle, this sweet treat would beat the hot cocoa any day!

In this class, your child will learn:

• How to prepare a sweet dough crust
• How to divide the dough and shape the dough in the mould
• Piping of the ganache
• Sticking the pretzel handle using the ganache

Details:

• Duration: 1 Hour 15 Minutes
• Aprons, equipment, ingredients and packaging will all be provided.
• Participants will work INDIVIDUALLY and EACH bring home 6 cocoa tartlets

Age Requirement:

• For children aged 4 to 12 years old. 
• For children below the age of 7,it is highly recommended that a parent/guardian be on stand-by at our cafe or within the mall at all times.
