About the Class

In this class, you will learn:

  • How to make a basic choux pastry
  • How to add savoury ingredients and flavors to choux pastry.
  • How to shape breadsticks in multiple shapes and sizes.
  • How to work with two different types of cheeses in baked goods.

Details:

  • Duration: 2.5 Hours.
  • Type: Full Hands-on.
  • Recommended age: 16 Years Old and Above.
  • Equipment, ingredients and packaging will all be provided.
  • Each student will go home with about 15 gougeres, and 15 breadsticks

*Students will work in PAIRS to prepare the choux dough and breadstick dough, but pipe and assemble their gougeres and breadsticks INDIVIDUALLY.
