About the Class
In this class, you will learn:
- How to make an aromatic and delicious chocolate milk sponge cake.
- How to make a Baileys and coffee curd.
- How to prepare, assemble and decorate the cake using buttercream.
- How to design and decorate a cake using piping tips and other ingredients.

- Duration: 3 Hours.
- Type: Full Hands-on.
- Recommended age: 16 Years Old and Above.
- Equipment, ingredients and packaging will all be provided.
- Each student will go home with ONE 6” Baileys and Coffee Cake.
*Students will work in PAIRS to prepare the sponge and buttercream but will get to assemble and decorate their cakes INDIVIDUALLY.
