we ordered the Traditional Longevity Cake to celebrate a 83rd birthday for someone dear. The cake was delicious and as it turned out.. the red colour and the longevity buns were absolutely beautiful next to the decorations that the hotel set up as well. I like the crane in gold on the cake as well. It wasnt visible from the picture when I ordered, but it is there on delivery - next to the dragon. Crane is such a beautiful traditional symbol as well.
