A Croquembouche (pronounced as “crow-khem-boo-sh”) is a classic French dessert consisting of Choux (pronounced as “shoe”) puffs stacked in a cone and traditionally draped with strands of caramelised sugar. This year, we bring this awe-inspiring tower to you at home! Consisting of 3 flavours (Vanilla, Chocolate, Caramel), learn how to make delicious Choux puffs and 3 types of pastry creams from scratch.
To top off this ornamentally joyous season, we will also teach you how to deck a cone with these delicious puffs.
