Chef (Commis Cook/Demi Chef/Chef de Partie) (Full Time)
About the Role
We are looking for interested candidates to join us in creating smiles through our delicious array of food choices.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Preparation and execution of Baker's Brew Cafe Menu
- Order and inventory management of food supplies, ensure sufficient stocks and no out-of-stock situation
- Ensure all kitchen equipment and tools are used safely and always kept in good working condition.
- Ensure storage of ingredients and food items and preparation/storage of food is according to food safety standards
- Assist in Kitchen operations including menu planning and costing, developing new dishes, maintaining food quality.
- Maintain a hygienic kitchen and personal hygiene
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
About you:
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Passion in food preparation and presentation
- Willing to learn & accept feedback
- Able to work in a team, and interact well with colleagues
- Hardworking, proactive, efficient, and organised
