We are looking for like-minded individuals who have the same passion & drive in making a masterpiece in every single cake design!
Scope of work for Cake Decorators / Fondant Artist
- Crumb coating and frosting of cakes with buttercream or Ganache
- Preparation of fondant and buttercream decorations
- Assembling and packing of customized cakes
- Covering of cakes with fondant and tiering of cakes
- Baking of meringue and macarons
- Cleaning and maintaining of individual work stations
- Any adhoc duties assigned by manager
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in cake decorating
- Passionate in cake decorating
- Willing to learn & accept feedback/criticisms
- Able to work in a team, and interact well with colleagues
