In your role, you will be representing Baker's Brew at the forefront of the business. We are looking for full time Company Driver Lead (Confectionery F&B)
Salary Range: SGD 2,400.00 up to SGD 3,000.00 per month

Role & Responsibilities
• Responsible for effectively communicating with team members in order to coordinate deliveries, swap out drivers as needed and ensuring that the team arrives at their destination safely and on time
• Training new drivers on company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Reporting any accidents or incidents to supervisors immediately
• Reporting any mechanical problems with vehicles to maintenance staff for repair
• Communicating with dispatch regarding pick-ups and drop-offs, delays, emergencies, and other relevant information
• Maintaining a clean, well-maintained fleet that meets company standards
• Ensuring that orders are loaded and unloaded properly, safely, and efficiently
• Ensuring that all drivers are familiar with all routes and schedules
• Maintaining logs and documentation relating to vehicles
• To deliver assigned delivery orders to consumers across Singapore and to various branches/outlets
• Any other duties as assigned by the management
Requirements
> Possess a valid Class 3 license.
> At least 2 year (s) of working experiences in the related field is required for this position.
> Able to understand and communicate in English.
> Able to record simple daily driving log report.
> Competent in simple excel and usage of technology.
> Good knowledge of Singapore roads with a clean driver's record.
> Comfortable to work on weekends and public holidays.
